On the slopes of Etna the passion for sweets, pastry and, above all, things done well by hand is born.

Our goal is the diffusion of exclusively SICILIAN products, using basic products of our land.

When you want to buy a typically Sicilian product, it is not enough that it is produced in Sicily (Made in Sicily), but also check that the raw material (whether it is pistachio or almond or fruit, etc.) is Sicilian. In 90% of cases it is of foreign raw materials.

We prefer to have a small circle of demanding customers, rather than

conform to the mass of shops selling typical products. Here you will find only certified BIO (organic) products and/or with raw materials from our island.
